Bank of America Announces Redemption of 3.124% Fixed/Floating Rate Senior Notes Due January 2023 and Floating Rate Senior Notes Due January 2023

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, January 4, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Bank of America Corporation announced today that it will refund the January 20, 2022 all $1,500,000,000 outstanding principal amount of its 3.124% senior fixed/floating rate notes, January 2023 (CUSIP No. 06051GGE3) (the “Fixed/Floating Rate Notes”), and all $750,000,000 outstanding principal amount of its floating rate senior notes, January 2023 (CUSIP No. 06051GGH6) (the “Floating Rate Notes” and, together with the Fixed/Floating Rate Notes, the “Senior Notes”).

The redemption price for each series of Senior Notes will be equal to 100% of the principal amount of such series together with accrued and unpaid interest up to, but excluding, the redemption date. January 202022. Interest on each series of Senior Notes will cease to accrue on the Redemption Date.

Payment of the redemption price for the Senior Notes will be made through the services of The Depository Trust Company. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, NA is the trustee and paying agent for the Senior Notes.
